About the Director & Founder

I am a passionate educator and community advocate deeply committed to unlocking the potential of rural children. Having grown up in busoga sub region one of the poorest in eastern rural Uganda, I experienced firsthand the challenges young learners face in accessing quality educational resources. This inspired me to establish SomerHill Kids education Services as a non-community-based rural organization, designed to bridge educational gaps and empower the next generation.Known for my empathetic, resilient, and hands-on social behavior, I believe every child deserves a nurturing environment that fosters curiosity and growth. I lead by building strong, trust-based relationships within our community, ensuring that our educational programs remain accessible, inclusive, and deeply connected to the realities of rural life.
